School Registration and Orientation Information 2012-2013

Due to in-services, there will be no registration/enrollment the week of August 20-24.

Elementary students may be registered at their particular campus on August 16 and 17, 21-24 during business hours.

Ball High

Senior registration - August 13 - 8 a.m.–noon & 1–4 p.m.
Junior registration -August 14 - 8–noon & 1–4 p.m.
Sophomore registration - August 15 - 8–noon & 1–4 p.m.

Tor Camp: Freshman August 16
Students last names beginning with A – M come from 8 a.m. – noon. Students whose last names begin with N – Z come from 1–5 p.m. Parent meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium. Freshman dance is from 7–10 p.m. in the cafeteria.

IMPORTANT - Students may not register or enroll themselves unless they are over the age of 18. A parent or guardian does not have to be present if the student is pre-registered in the summer (see pre-registration dates and times).

During orientation, students will get acquainted with expectations for the new  school year, meet new teachers and friends, get locker assignments, and receive other important information for the start of a successful school year.

Breakfast will be served each morning from 7:45 a.m.-8:15 a.m..

Lunch will be served during orientation.

Students are expected each day of orientation.

Summer Projects are due on August 16 for all grade levels.

Austin is handling registration on an individual basis. All students should be registered ahead of orientation. If they haven’t registered, please call 766-3500 to schedule a time to register at the school.

Orientation: Primary orientation takes place Saturday, August 11, 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. with an ice cream social to follow at the 721 10^th Street campus.

Elementary orientation takes place Saturday, August 11, Noon-1 p.m with an ice cream social from 10 a.m.-noon. at the campus located at 1110 Moody Ave.

First Day of School:  Monday, August 13 7:25 a.m. (middle school) and 7:45 a.m. (primary school)
